Skiing Medallists

Our ski squad delivered strong performances at the British Schoolgirls’ Races, securing podium places in the slalom, giant slalom and combined events.

Our trio of 13 year old skiers joined pupils from over 50 UK schools to tackle two days of racing in the high altitude resort of Flaine this week. Hannah placed second in the U14 giant slalom, while Maddy lifted the cup in the U14 slalom, with Hannah scooping the bronze and Millie 10th place in the same race. Their performances culminated in silver and bronze medals for the girls in the combined event. Overall they placed 9th out of 53 teams in the slalom and 11th in the giant slalom. Well done to all three girls – Hannah, Maddy and Millie – on their impressive results and sense of team spirit.
