LAMDA Showcase

Our younger LAMDA students, who achieved outstanding results in their recent exams, staged a joyful showcase this term.

Over 40 pupils in Years 7 to 9 were awarded distinctions in their LAMDA exams this term, with eight students achieving over 90%. Friends and family were invited to enjoy our first LAMDA showcase, with a range of performances from those taking Acting, Devising Drama, and Public Speaking in Public exams, including pieces they had devised themselves.  In Year 10 to the Sixth Form, 14 LAMDA students took exams this year, with all pupils gaining distinctions in their Bronze, Silver and Gold awards. Our popular, peripatetic classes, run by Mr O’Keefe and Mrs Ashwell, aim to bolster pupils’ confidence, creative thinking, self-expression and spoken communication.
