Choral & Orchestral Concert

Our latest concert was a triumph, as over 130 pupils, staff and parents performed an ambitious programme in Waterlow Hall.

The Senior Choir, Staff Choir, Choral Society, Chamber Orchestra and Symphony Orchestra worked incredibly hard preparing for a sensational evening, which featured Beethoven’s 5th Symphony and Haydn’s Nelson Mass. We were thrilled to welcome back one of our alumnae, Arielle Loewinger (Class of 2021), now studying Music at Durham, as a soprano soloist. Upper Sixth Music Scholar, Martha, sang a spectacular array of musical favourites from Cabaret, Evita and Jeckyll & Hyde – her final performance before going on study leave for her A Levels. We are grateful to everyone involved in such an amazing evening. Our indefatigable Director of Music, Dr Collisson, clocked up nearly 40,000 steps on the day, testament to the department’s relentless enthusiasm and commitment.
