Class of 2022 Farewell

We bid a fond farewell to our wonderful Class of 2022 at a special, celebratory valedictory ceremony.

With celebrations curtailed by the pandemic for the past two years, it was a pleasure to be able to host a proper send-off for this year’s leavers. Pupils, parents and staff enjoyed a rooftop reception followed by a valedictory prizegiving ceremony, before students entered an Alice in Wonderland themed Waterlow Hall for their celebratory leavers’ ball. Mrs Bingham praised the whole Class of 2022 for their joyful attitude and scholarly ambition, paying tribute to the 80 talented individuals on the cusp of adulthood, ready to take on the world.

Director of Sixth Form, Mr White, added: “I’ve spoken regularly to the students about ‘climbing mountains’ as a metaphor for completing their A Levels. Whilst this may have caused some eye-rolling, we hope that they can now enjoy the view from the summit as they look forward to the summer. We wish our newest alumnae and torchbearers of the future the best of luck on results day and for their many adventures that lie ahead.”
