Netball County Finalists

Both our U14 and U15 netballers had a great day at the Middlesex County Qualifiers held last weekend.

The U15 squad won all their games bar one, finishing in second place overall, ahead of North London Collegiate and other London rivals, to secure their place at the county finals in March. They will join our U16 team, who also made it through to the finals, following last term’s qualifiers.

The U14 team finished in fourth place, displaying great resolve despite narrowly missing out on qualification by just one goal.

Head of Netball, Ms Hardy (recently selected as Assistant Satellite Academy Coach for Middlesex Netball), commented: “The girls have been training hard this year and have shown tremendous progress as individuals, as well as great team spirit. It’s wonderful to see that netball, one of our key winter sports, is really on the up.”
