Parent Breakfast Sessions

Since the start of the year, more than 250 parents have joined the Head for conversations over breakfast.

Parents from both Senior and Junior Schools, with daughters across every year group, have enjoyed coffee and croissants in the Burgess Room, to learn a little bit more about Mrs Paul’s background and to have the opportunity to share their own ideas about the school.  Our ‘love it, create it and change it’ whiteboards were filled with parent feedback, against a backdrop of happy chatter, reflecting the warmth and strength of our community.  One of the many hot topics discussed at several sessions was that of smartphones – read more here about how we are rethinking smartphones at South Hampstead.

We look forward to reviewing the other suggestions put forward as we map out the next chapters for the school in collaboration with the wider community as we move towards our 150th anniversary and beyond.
