Sports Day
On one of the hottest days of the year, our four Houses set track and field ablaze as they competed to win the Edbrooke Cup.
After a busy term of House activities – from spelling bees to dance contests – Benton, Bodington, Potter and Walker arrived at Willesden Sports Centre in a kaleidoscope of House colours. The whole community showed great team spirit, singing House chants and supporting their peers, rallied by enthusiastic House Captains. Athletes across the year groups gave their all, despite the searing heat, with spirited performances in every event, culminating in the ever popular staff relay. Congratulations to all our medallists, to our social action team who raised £1000 for the school charities with sales of snacks, drinks and face paints, and to our nine pupils who set eleven new school records over the course of the day!
