Stage Star Shines

Upper Sixth Drama student, Eliza, has won a place on the acclaimed National Youth Theatre programme.

Following a rigorous full-day audition, Eliza has been selected to join the theatre’s online summer course, working with professional directors. She will also become a National Youth Theatre (NYT) Company Member until the age of 26. The programme opens doors to a huge range of opportunities including involvement in NYT productions, creative leadership training, workshops and much more.

Eliza, an A Level Drama student, shared the lead role in our trailblazing production of Emilia last term and performed at the Edinburgh Festival last summer as part of the South Hampstead Theatre Company.  She studied Theatre Studies, Maths and French at A Level and plans to study French at the University of Edinburgh in September.
