South Hampstead has been listed as one of the UK’s top schools in the 2025 Tatler Schools Guide.

Tatler’s annual guide is billed as “the definitive arbiter of the UK’s top prep and public schools.” Schools gain admission to the publication based on school visits as well as candid feedback from pupils, parents and a countrywide team of researchers. In this year’s guide, South Hampstead is praised for its well-rounded approach which focuses on encouraging emotional resilience as much as academic success. “Busy and buzzy, South Hampstead is thriving; and the warm atmosphere is palpable from the moment you walk through the door to meet its bubbly, driven girls.” Meanwhile, Mrs Paul is credited with being “a fabulous female role model.”
